Built On A Dare
Personally, I like them capped and diced (that's with mushrooms and tomatoes, for those not familiar with the Waffle House menu, plus a few strips of bacon crumbled in and the whole mess fried in the bacon fat. Yum. I usually skip the cheese, though. Gotta watch that fat intake.
I like mine grated and cooked. Maybe a little salt. But mostly I like my potatoes plain.
I don't know what you call it - but however they're cooked when they're called American Fries.
